We are taught that each month of the year is a unique portal granting access to Hashem and our infinite potential.
Imagine a precious diamond in a locked circular vault. There are 12 glass doors set into the walls of the treasure room. These doors grant access to the diamond.
However, each door (or portal) can be opened only during one month of the year. Additionally, you can’t just look or walk through the portal. Each doorway has a unique character and method necessary to activate it.
Thus access to Hashem and our own infinite reality is available to the valiant. The Holidays and special calendar days are our clues.
